We Care

Our multidisciplinary team of leading addiction specialists are available to assist you with every aspect of your treatment; from your first call, throughout your stay and into recovery.

Your initial contact will be with our Admissions Team. Each member of the team has experience in assessments and addiction management. You will be supported by the team until your admission at the centre, when your care will be transferred to our resident team of dependency specialists.

During your treatment you will be supported by UK trained and registered professionals; all with a wealth of specialist knowledge and interest in the treatment of addictions. Our network of outside specialists are there to make you detox as easy as possible and have extensive experience and knowledge in this field. You will benefit from a full medical assessment on arrival and have an opportunity to discuss any health issues with the medical team. Our Nurse Practitioner holds a weekly clinic for our clients and you are invited to us this service to discuss your health needs in a secure and confidential environment. We are able to offer clients a full health screening service (at cost) and arrange appropriate tests where necessary. Confidential Sexual Health, Well-Women and Well Man appointments are available at the centre; offering you peace of mind in recovery.

Our Psychotherapists and addictions counsellors will arrange your treatment plan, following an assessment of your psychological needs. Our therapists will be available for you during "detox", treatment and following discharge in our "Aftercare Programme".  We understand that our clients are individuals with a unique set of circumstances and dilemmas. Throughout your treatment you will benefit from the developing relationship between you and your Therapist. During group and individual therapy sessions, you will have the opportunity to work with UK trained and accredited Psychotherapists; building a secure environment for you to address issues from the past, the present and growth for the future. We are able to work with clients who have dual-diagnosis, poly-addictions or pre-existing mental health in intensive 1:1 sessions; thus increasing the success of the group programme. We comply with UKCP, EATA and FDAP guidelines for professional practice.

The daily management of the centre is led by our resident "House Parents". They are available to assist and comfort you throughout your stay and can be contacted via our in house communication system. Our house parents have been selected for their personal experience in recovery. They are committed to assisting others in recovery and understand the feelings that accompany addiction. Our housekeeping team are there to ensure that you stay is comfortable and relaxing. They will discreetly maintain the house and gardens throughout the day whilst ensuring our clients privacy and confidentiality.
